I don't feel any ill effects so far. Not sure how long this will last, but can this be really harmful? It seems like the much more appealing option compared to packing a lunch every day.

That's likely over 2,000 calories in a sitting, if that's your only meal for the day I don't see why not.

An entire pizza? How big of a pizza?

Certainly the most harmful thing about this, even with other nutrition info aside (which could potentially be pretty bad in terms of how "processed" the ingredients are) is the massive number of calories consumed in one sitting. You'll absolutely gain weight in pure body fat over time from doing this if nothing else, unless you work out like a professional athlete.

If you're in an active field and you're only eating once, you probably won't gain weight at least. If you're eating multiple meals per day, then you'll pack on the pounds quick unless you're in a super active field. Nutrition-wise, I have no clue as to how that'd affect you, but probably not the best either way.

You don't have to pack a lunch everyday, but you should probably diversify your lunch a bit more than a pizza for lunch everyday. Switch it up with some Chinese or Mexican food. Don't forget to eat a salad or other greens sometimes, too.
