What was the mistake? someone told the customer they needed x when it was y so I had to manually create an invoice to fix it. I made a typo though and they told the customer it would be a $800 a month increase when it should have been around $1100. so now they're backed into a corner because the customer's pissed but we're already giving them a huge discount because of the other person's mistake so now the execs have to get involved (again after the earlier fiasco). --- ...
