someone told the customer they needed x when it was y so I had to manually create an invoice to fix it. I made a typo though and they told the customer it would be a $800 a month increase when it should have been around $1100. so now they're backed into a corner because the customer's pissed but we're already giving them a huge discount because of the other person's mistake so now the execs have to get involved (again after the earlier fiasco).

sort of, but we regularly discount more than that. in fact we're already comping four times that much from our reseller's mistake. it would take effect two years from now.
