Eliminated from my diet at the start of May after my diagnoses. To my knowledge I've had no known direct consumption of gluten. The possibility of small amounts of cross contamination is impossible to rule out.

Other than eliminating gluten, my diet has been pretty much the same as before (with a 16-18 hour fast 6 days a week). My exercise routine has been the same as before. I'd estimate daily caloric expenditure around 3600 kcal.

Weight has dropped and seems to have just started stabilizing at ~200 lbs. Was about 216 at the start of May (though I didn't start logging weight until the end of May).

Despite making no changes or directed effort with respect to diet or exercise, I've gone from what looked like ~18% body fat to ~12%. Having defined abs feels great and I can't seem to keep my shirt on

Lifts don't seem to have suffered during this period, but haven't really increased too much. Now that my weight seems to have leveled off I'll see if continuing to eat the current amount (or just a few hundred kcal/day more) allows for strength gains without appreciable fat gain.

Currently tapering off PPIs by taking one every three days. I had been taking them daily (at first, twice daily) for silent acid reflux (LPR). So far, so good.

Do you know what tests were done? Just blood for now and biopsy later?

I didn't look it up but it was 3 or 4 separate tests.

Gonna guess they will run metabolic panel, tissue transglutaminase IgA, total IgA, c-reactive protein (all from blood)

Forgot to mention, gluten elimination seems to have resolved my unexplained slight elevation in systolic blood pressure. Wasn't uncommon to get readings in the 130s but it's resolved to normal levels. Apparently it is not uncommon for untreated celiac disease to manifest in such a way.
