"ok i have the 25th available, what time were you thinking?"
"1pm okay?"
"i have 8, 9, 10, and noon"

why not just say "25th works, the times i have are 8 9 10 and noon" instead of making it sound like the 25th is wide open

For me when the executive assistants at the school ask me it's usually 'just give me a time and everyone will work around it for you since you're too busy'

I don't know what "schedulers" you deal with, but whenever I'm looking to make an appointment, I'm presented with the 2nd sentence you posted.
