It being on Netflix dampens the hype. Instead of JoJo's Fridays coming back with new hype every week and people talking non stop, it's probably going to be one big release. Most of the fun of these series is watching people freak out week to week over all the crazy shit. Building toward the climax. Especially with this part in particular that has the most drastic ending of all of them.

I'm already seeing name changes for characters like Weather and Anasui. The former didn't even need a change lol. They'll change many other names including Stands because a lot of the names in this part are based on famous fashion brands instead of music.
