Seriously, lay them out in a single layer in the pan, there's enough oil coated to them to re-fry.
And the excess moisture on the outside will evaporate so fast they'll refry very quickly. And if you're anything like me, I like my fries pretty well-done and crispy, I actually think fries are better re-heated in this method than freshly made. https://youtu.be/ee0uUn_jD88 --- The Phantom has spoken! ... best way to re-heat them is to throw them in the trash and make new fries.

Honestly I never would reheat fries, just throw them away.
