I would like to hear some advice to increase my chance of passing my two A Levels. Once I pass my two A Levels I will try to do University.

How do I increase the speed in how I learn? I want to get a A grade.

Firstly, why are you only doing two?

Secondly, knowing the subjects might actually help.

The reason is because I work from 09:00 - 17:00, plus doing two subject cost me about 400 per month alone.

Edit so revising and doing past paper is the best thing to do.

They were the best things for me. They may or may not be the best things for you

May I ask which subjects you're taking? And what university course you wish to do?

Sounds like you're being fleeced. I did mine as a mature student back in 2007 and doing 4 cost me about 350 for the two years.

As far as doing two because of time constraints go, unless things have changed drastically in decent years, most unis are going to want you to have at least 3. I did 4 while working full time and then some. It was hard but it is possible.

I will be doing A Level ICT and A Level Business Studies. I did the exam but my grade wasn't good.

As for University I haven't decided which one I will go to or what course. I was planning to get my A Level first. But job wise I am thinking website related, like making website for company.

I plan to do A Level Maths and A Level English if I see two A Levels are not enough. There are not a lot of private places that teach A Levels, heck the college in my country only teach A Level to full time students.
In college they don't offer A Level to evening class, so people who are working can't do A Level.

To be fair, I had to work nights in order to do mine.

Doing more subject isn't possible with how much I work and how much I earn from my job.
Going to college isn't possible, which is too bad since college cost less than private class.

So the best advice I saw was doing past papers and revise.

Out of those, I only took A level maths

My grades were highest the year the teacher made us do all the problems in the textbook

That is good advice for more or less any course.

This side of it may really be worth examining in more detail. It sounds like you could save yourself a lot of money and a couple of years by getting a job for the evenings and sacking off the day job.
