• Backstory (mainly if the power is natural, i.e. alien that just happens to have powers, supernatural, they were given the powers by an act of destiny, or an external power source, could be something like building a suit like Iron Man or a gem/spider-bite like Green Lantern/Spider-Man. If they have no powers and are just a human fighting/committing crime, that is fine as well).
• Motive: Why do they do what they do?

Supervillain: Divide Zero

Powers: Can create a wave of energy that causes everything it touches to be erased, not destroyed, turned into nothing. Also the universe can't force them to conform to the basic rules, so they can resist gravity, electromagnetic forces, the weak force, and the strong force, along with the basic rules of how life works.

Weaknesses: The Power of Something counteracts their power of Nothing. By hitting it with infinite energy, it's nothingness and resistance to everything is nullified and they are destroyed.

Backstory: Divide Zero was a fallen hero who sought out power to avenge their past defeats. After finding the Divide Zero artifact, they were able to use its power to maximize their own and become Divide Zero.

Motive: Divide Zero's mind is affected by the Divide Zero Artifact. The artifact enacts its will on the user, and its will is that of Nothing. It has to find the Origin Point of the Universe, where it can be granted infinite energy of its own to create what is essentially an Anti-Big Bang. In doing so, it spreads its energy waves throughout the whole universe, erasing everything in it. Once everything is erased, it will even erase its own self in order to create a universe of nothing.
