Should the US allow people to preset their votes for after their death?

Under the first two options, voters will be able to make a "electoral will" to assign their votes in the event they die for a period of up to 100 years. Option 1 allows a voter to submit straight ticket votes for a political party. Option 2 allows a voter to select another person who would be able to vote for them.

Yes, but each vote will expire 100 years after it was originally bequeathed. Also, the laws against selling votes will remain in force.

invisible fourth option: "No, and if I shoot someone after they leave the in-person ballot box their vote doesn't count"

You did indeed stab me in the back. However, you are only level one, whilst I am level 50. That means I should remain uninjured.

Flip that. Make it "yes" still, but you acquire the cumulative voting rights of anyone you kill.
