38 y/o Juan Carlos Menjivar and his passenger, 22 y/o Ana Elena Santos were both found DECAPITATED after they were driving drunk out of their minds and sped on their expensive Lexus and crashed into a BIG RIG in Los Angeles!!

Pictures show the top half of the car was completely ripped off

It occurred just before 1am on 405 Freeway as police said Menjivar was driving a 2010 Lexus Sedan who failed to mtaintain the curve when driving out of control and slammed into the back of the parked big right on the right shoulder

They were pronounced dead at the scene as police said their HEADS were found at distance from the crash.

The driver of the big righ said the sedan caught fire after the collison and he said "All i felt was a major hit. I felt like i was hit by a semi"

Alcohol was found in the vehicle and excessive speed was the cause of the crash

Could never imagine getting into a car with a drunk driver because that would be one of the most stupidest things to do that I know of.

I feel bad for the responders who had to see that

I don't drive, but if I did, I would never drink and drive. If you do drink and drive, I hope you're the one that gets hurt and nobody else.
