I don't really see how it's helpful in areas that have little to no air moisture i.e. deserts

this isn't a new invention, i've seen at least 6 different gofundme campaigns based around the same idea, and they're all a scam. they work, but they're not quick and they aren't magic. if they're in an area with low humidity then they're not going to produce much water at all.

generally speaking, things like this aren't relevant since the areas in most danger of having no access to water generally are too hot for this to work.
