I was talking with mine today to get final approval from them, now that my company approved my permanent WFH.
I was told that leases, in general, are only for ~16 hour a day occupancy. Special provisions have been made during the pandemic, obviously, but once it's over I would be expected to either stick to that occupancy time frame, or pay an extra 33% on my lease... It could be a utilities issue, if the place you live has common utilities.
I'm on the HOA board for an apartment complex where utilities are a shared cost & included in the monthly assessment. We need to increase the monthly assessment because more ppl working from home = higher utility bills. --- Buy $SHIB. ... Copied to Clipboard!
