Maybe when it comes to fashion you're being too literal. "I want to be stylish. I want to be cool." Thats fine. Ive never said that I want to be a mannequin, a fashion plate, or a fashion doll, or anything that involves a specific physical type of body that is a reflection of our civilizations value systems.

My clothes, as I have said, dont always match my personality. I like some clothes and they may be comfortable. I like some music and they may be interesting. I like some food and they may be healthy. But, again, Im not wearing them just because of the clothes, music, food, or anything else that I like. Those things are just means to my ends. But, you see, you have adopted that point of view. You want to be an object of admiration and respect. So who is right?
