By in large, Arnold doesn't face creatures that make you think Arnold could lose. Predator is an obvious exception.
T1000 is obviously bad ass but not because Robert Patrick is physically intimidating. Running Man had a great shot to have Arnold up against a gauntlet of badasses. I see that Conan and demon transformed Dogath fight on scene in Conan the Destroyer. So that definitely counts.
