By in large, Arnold doesn't face creatures that make you think Arnold could lose. Predator is an obvious exception.

T1000 is obviously bad ass but not because Robert Patrick is physically intimidating.

Running Man had a great shot to have Arnold up against a gauntlet of badasses. He fights fat opera electric guy, chainsaw wielding motorcycle guy, hockey guy (who could have been badass without the get up). Jesse Ventura could have had a fight with Arnold but instead in movie its a fake fight so it doesn't count. Then get 50 or 60 year old Jim Brown, would have been badass 20 years earlier.

What's Arnold afraid of?

end of days was gabriel byrne as the incarnation of the devil. he was like 60, 5'8', 150 pounds. Not intimidating.

last action hero... hmm, i could see it. tom noonan to me is more creepy than physically intimidating, but I could see a reasonable argument there.

Did Conan and Andre fight on scene? I don't remember that and can't find any video on youtube.

I see that Conan and demon transformed Dogath fight on scene in Conan the Destroyer. So that definitely counts.
