Essentially everyone who has a welkin pass gets a one time credit of 90 primogems for every day they can't log in (China only).

That's the only change as far as I'm aware.

Minors likely aren't big spenders so I imagine the overall bottom line won't be affected much.

Edit: that said the resin system is really gonna fuck them over hard. Maybe they'll increase the max to 500 resin.

Well then I have great news for you. The anniversary login doesn't start until Sept 28 after Ba'al's banner is long gone and the majority of 2.1 primogem event rewards also happen after the banner ends so.... Wait what's the opposite of great news? That's what I meant.

I'm like 30 pulls away from a hard pity, so Baal will be an easy nab for me. The bigger issue is that I need Xiangling's constellations - I'm at C2 and I need at least C4.

The top up reset gonna be crucial to my plans of at least C2-3 Baal plus Engulfing Lightning. I mean.

I've heard a lot about Xiangling being amazeballs lately. Does she team well with Ayaka? I have her at c6 collecting dust on the same account as my Ayaka that I've been fruitlessly been trying to get a crit damage helmet for before I start using her seriously. Already have the resources to do whatever I need with Xiangling but not gonna waste my time otherwise.

I'd ask about Childe, since I have him on that account as well, but vape shenanigans need no explanation. ;)

Farming talent books so so tedious

I paired Ayaka with Xingqiu for perma freeze to take advantage of blizzard straya's frozen bonus. I haven't tried her out with a melt build.

Ayaka's DPS is highest when using freeze. For a melt comp, use Ganyu or Kaeya if you don't have him.

You can also use Klee + Rosaria.

Ayaka can stack Crit DMG completely in a freeze comp and get frankly ludicrous numbers.

I am pretty excited for Baal. I pretty much got her guaranteed considering my last 50/50 was Diluc in the same multi I got Venti.

Plus, the first time bonuses are resetting. So...I might take advantage. <_<

Check your history and make sure Diluc appears closer to the top than Venti

Oh, I did. He also appeared after Venti in the summon results, which got me excited enough to go even harder for Venti and get nothing. Thankfully, now I'm closer to Baal.

Honestly, a perfectly-played and geared Eula might be the highest DPS in the game based on what I've been testing.

I can only imagine how good she is with Baal, which can be her battery AND Superconduct. And at C6, Baal would even reduce her ult CD.

C2 is where you start hitting diminishing returns.

Given how tanky the enemies are getting C2 damage could be significant.

C2 is the best for her damage, giving her a ~40% damage increase on her burst uptime. C4 is pretty good and C6 is a bit of a meme but will be strong for certain teams.

After the top up reset I'll have enough to most likely get three 5*s, so if I win just one 50/50 I'm gonna be very tempted to go for C2

Yoimiya outsold Ayaka in Japan lol

The game gave Yoimiya to me within 20 pulls from last 5* for some reason. She feels like prime sub-dps style but that's about it. Might be a boss sniper on some bosses (cyro hypostasis).

I predict that Yoimiya will get the same treatment as Tartaglia got, i.e. months of the "community" screaming about how underpowered she is until the "community" discovering that no, she isn't, with a group steadfastly insisting she's the worst 5-star since Qiqi.
