Four dogs were behind a fence in their backyard barking at..you guessed it, a pitbull in their driveway that was also barking at them. I immediately stood still for about 5 seconds wondering if it was going to notice me. About 5 seconds later it turned around (I think because the 4 dogs started barking at me in addition to barking at it) and then the damn thing immediately started chasing me. Unprovoked of course. I got away unscathed but I got lucky. Im a full grown relatively athletic and able bodied adult and also happened to be paying attention. I shudder to think about if a kid just playing around or some lesser abled bodied person had been walking by instead.
