Maybe now all of the places around my area desperate for employees will get staffing. The McDonalds is offering $13 an hour and a $300 bonus if the employee stays on for 90+ days. Dairy Queen is offering an iPad to those it hires. Still can't fill positions.

I'm using the dictionary definition of the term skilled, not the convenient made up definition to protect a system that benefits an arbitrary group of worker class and belittles other worker classes to the same level as peasants.

I love how these topics always bring out the people whove never had to work retail, or live in an area where there arent a lot of non-shitty jobs, or who couldnt go to school for whatever reason, etc.

Not everyone has the same opportunities. They shouldnt have to be punished.

Health insurance is a scam for anyone living in poverty. You do not need health insurance to go to the doctor during anything that is severe.

You're the one belittling people. I used to work with people just like you back in my restaurant days that just constantly exuded this uppity attitude of "I'm too good for this job"

How much schooling or training did you have to attend before you were able to enter the field? None, I'd wager. You wanna know why a fry cook is not getting payed as much as a barber? Because you don't know anything that an average Joe on the street can't come in and potentially do better than you with no prior training.
