If the (i) trick doesnt work on the video and it contains multiple ads, just skip to the very end after your first ad and refersh it to make them go away

It has gotten worse on ps4, double ads equaling to 16 seconds, pre ads worth 15 seconds, mid roll ads 7 seconds with one right after the other. It used to be two 5 second ads but that wasn't enough. I wouldn't mind one 15 second ad before a video to support but when they add video sponsors and mid roll ads, I'm out.

Smarttube next - you can pair your smart phone YouTube and cast it here. You also can natively use it with remote NewPipe - there's a fork with sponsor block, it's not perfect esp on TV but hey, no ads YouTube Vanced - needs a pointing device to operate (air mouse, regular mouse) --- Time to dive into the fireworks! ...
