I think we're over populated/consuming as it is. And being alive is such a difficult thing that's only going to get worse, that I wouldn't feel right forcing that upon someone. We aren't overpopulating or consuming. It's that everything we do is to maximize profit. We grow food not for people to eat but for people to sell. If we can't sell it, it goes in a dumpster. We have more than enough housing currently and more than enough space to build more housing except that we don't build housing to provide shelter.
