Usually spray for me, but bought a stick of Secret the other day out of curiosity and man, its way less irritating than spray. Still think I prefer spray tho

Yeah, as a UK inhabitant stick feels pretty niche. Never occurred to me to use it either. "Spray presents no issues, why would I use stick?".

Stick is way more efficient for me, a large stick lasts like 6+months, spray lasts 1 month if im lucky.

There are sticks that are less irritating like the old spice ones with a blue stick instead of white.

Stick is definitely more common than spray in the US. I remember trying the Axe spray when i was in junior high. Pretty sure I sweated it right off and had BO. Never tried a spray again. Although now that I think about it, I'm not 100% it was specifically for deodorant purposes. I've tried gel a few times, and I don't like the wet feeling. And I've also had it sweat off. And I'm not even a person who sweats a lot (although I was playing sports back then).
