really? because all i can find is:

refer to (someone, especially a transgender person) using a word, especially a pronoun or form of address, that does not correctly reflect the gender with which they identify.

interesting. it does say especially, a transgender person, but not specifically a transgender person. almost as if ANYONE can be misgendered!

Misgendering is misgendering, regardless of the circumstances. It's just usually a simple mistake (and therefore easily corrected and not a particular problem) except when people are being transphobic (which is when it is a problem).

i posted it earlier, and it directly contradicts the BS he was spewing, so i wouldnt count on it.

while it does say "especially a transgendered person", it does not say "specifically a transgendered person" meaning that yes, rev is wrong, but no, he wont acknowledge it.
