He was arrested last Tuesday following a 10 day investigation on the Sept. 3 attack Police searched his home and property and arrested him at his job at California Men's Colony on suspicion of committing a hate crime, making criminal threats and battery with serious bodily injury The manager said he became upset when he asked him to wear a mask as required by a local health order and then he called him a racial slur and caused a commosion He then waited several hours for him to get off work and then showed up at a parking lot and FOUGHT him before fleeing the scene The police launched an investigation after articles of Jones' clothes were found and identified him through witness and surveillance footage Police Chief John Peters said hateful speech, violent behaviour, racism and bigotry and prejudice of all forms are not acceptable and have no place in their society. The number of prisoners in the US dying from Covid, while not well documented, is by all accounts staggering. I wouldn't be surprised to hear the guards take no precautions at work. --- I have no idea whether or not he's a racist, but apparently there are recordings of him using racial slurs so it's a distinct possibility. <cite>Blighboy posted [p:958219997] in Prison Gua... The prison guard waited to get beaten up by an asian man, above masks. This sounds like some sort of kink that he had to schedule in advance because of how long it takes to gather a pile of masks to sit on.
