Its very 2d tales-esque, with a 3-hit combo in battle. if you want to see tales esque play the snes version of both star ocean and tales of phantasia they are basically the same game. they even look identical its cause like all the same people worked on both games anyway cinderlock star ocean first departure is really good and really short. but it has replay value since you have 8 party slots and only 4 characters are mandatory with 9 optional party members to choose from you can build pretty varied teams on each different playthrough --- yusketeer <cite>yusiko posted [p:958257224] in How is Sta...
