Imagine his voice coming out of Mario's mouth. Didn't they learn from Scoob when Shaggy sounded nothing like Shaggy? Unless he actually attempts pseudo-Italian, I don't want it! You hear me, I don't want it.

After the disastrous Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World movies, I can't picture Chris Pratt as anything other than a bumbling drunk idiot. We don't need a Mario whose entire dialogue consists of Twitter banter and other quips.

The cast makes me think this is just going to be a straight-up parody of Mario. Seth Rogen, Chris Pratt, wtf. We already know Mario's entire character is going to be doofus who constantly is made to look bad.
