In a statement, Keller admitted one count of obstructing an official event and told how he realized he was caught and tried to cover his tracks Keller said "I stopmed my phone and memory card to pieces and contained that contained the photographs and videos i recorded from inside the capitol building and threw away my red, white and blue USA Jacket" He was seen on the Rotunda still ewaring his team USA jacket that bears the Nike logo with the Olympic patch according to the FBI He also had another felony count and 5 misdemeanors dropped when he was formally indicted on 7 charges His lawyer, Edward MacMahon said he is sorry for his actions and want a clean slate and said "At the time, i acted to affect the government by stopping or delaying the congressional proceeding and in fact did so.
