That said, it could be creepy if you saw someone jump off their balcony and start running toward you If families had lived their, I guess it would be easy to sneak out I kind of like them, though outside balconies are nice, too Buy you can chat with people coming home. Im tech school, people would just leave their dorm room doors open during the evenings and weekends while inside, and everyone would just walk around going to different rooms and hanging out.
