The dream recorder is an ethereal, wireless device that will--upon detecting that you have entered REM sleep--vividly and thoroughly record any dreams you have while sleeping, even if you don't remember them when you wake up; it is able to record the dreams of anyone sleeping within 10 feet of it. It will save the recordings as standard .mp4 files to be played on any other compatible device. The dream recorder cannot be sold, but it can be donated to scientific institutions.
