..how much did your insurance rates go up, after? obv. i mean if you were the driver, if you were or weren't at fault

I don't remember them going up. Some old dude ran a red light and hit me, my car was "totaled" because it bent the frame and the car wasn't worth much. So obviously it could have gone up and I didn't notice it because I had to buy a new vehicle and was required to cover it since I didn't have it paid off. I just don't remember it being a big deal.

I've had a few at fault accidents. My insurance went from $80 a month for full coverage with a $100 deductible to $288 a month for full coverage with a $1000 deductible.

It's probably been long enough that I can start shopping for a new policy with someone else and lower rates.
