IIRC he knows the 'basics' and could probably do IT but like maybe less distance/accuracy/etc. Plus he doesn't like it, so its a last resort in his opinion, much like Vegito/Gogeta. Didnt he almost use it anyways before he found another way off Yardrat? I need to read the manga again or they need to animate it.
