I move quickly, particularly when lying down, rolling over, and sitting up. I have no idea why. Im not sick and again I am very hydrated. I wonder if its an inner ear thing. I dont have any pain, though.

I have a heart block, aortic valve stenosis, and an aortic aneurysm. Im lucky all this got diagnosed before it had a chance to get worse.
