A bipartisan infrastructure bill has passed the Senate. House progressives won't pass it until there is a vote on the Build Back Better bill. Sinema and Manchin want to pass the infrastructure bill and then negotiate the BBB bill separately. I don't understand the controversy there. They are two different bills.
