Someone is about to die, and you absolute blast the fuck out of them, leaving nothing really left, but bam they regenerate all the way back (and don't die in the process because there was nothing to get hit with) etc. Also how much of your action is required for any damage they take to be regenerated. About to get hit by a train, but you push them TOWARDS the train, so they get damaged by it because of you (even though it was just a few seconds earlier then they would have been damaged anyway) therefore, they heal all the way up after being smooshed by the train. Technically it might even work on yourself, so if you harm yourself, cut off an arm etc, it would regen instantly as well, tons of uses for that lol. --- Tacobot 3000 "Saving the world from not having tacos."
