I'm looking to purchase a new one possibly next month, and I was curious on if it shows individual tire pressure. I thought just about all modern cars do that since my 2017 Malibu does. But a couple years ago my gf bought a used 2017 Ford Escape and it does not. I tried Googling it and couldn't find a concrete answer. From what little I did see, it looked like it didn't.

Yeah a few years ago I shopped CUVs and went with a Rav4 over the others. I can't put my finger on it but the CR-V just wasn't appealing.

My sister actually drives a RAV4. What are some pros of the RAV4? A lot of review sites or top lists usually have CR-V at number 1 or 2 for crossovers.

i own the 2019 rav4 hybrid and my FIL has the 2019 CRV that I have driven a couple times. The rav4 was a little bit more expensive but feels better to drive imo

Man, having my car show me individual tire pressure would be amazing. Wish my flex did that :(

My 2013 crv doesn't.

Yea, I was kinda having a feeling Honda doesn't do it. Although a lot can change from 2013. >_>

just buy this https://www.amazon.com/Tire-Gauge-Pressure-Certified-Motorcycle/dp/B0735HJZ5B/

problem solved
It's so much more convenient to be able to see the tire pressure for all 4 tires on your dashboard at any given moment. Sometimes I leave my display on the tire pressure in my Malibu since one of my tires has a very slow leak. I have a portable air compressor that has a gauge on it so I just feel it up whenever I need to.

My 2020 Ford Escape does this, so I have to imagine current model CRV's and RAV4's do as well.

Hopefully lol. I just don't understand how something like this isn't standard yet.

Ford is usually very, very behind on all this stuff so if the competitors don't have it standard and Ford does, I would be absolutely shocked, lol.

I'm driving the absolute base model of the Escape, too.

After doing some digging, I found out that it's direct TPMS vs indirect with indirect being incapable of telling you individual tire pressure and are less accurate overall. Honda switched to indirect around 2013. So looks like I'll lose the luxury of being able to hit a button on my dash and see the pressure of all 4 tires. >_>

My gf has a 2015 CRV and it just has the general tire pressure warning thing, nothing for individual tires
Yea, only option for modern Honda vehicles is aftermarket Direct TPMS unfortunately.

By regular car do you mean a sedan? Or that the CR-V is crap? >_>

I highly recommend the below. Cheap and easy to use to find out tire pressure and fill it up. So much better than going to a gas station.

Slime 40051 Digital Tire Inflator (12-Volt), Compact and Portable Air Compressor Pump with Auto Shutoff Technology https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074XHFN6Y/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_navT_g_1CZMNGC57BN76H9GE7WA
I actually have one of these (although different brand since my gf's old car killed my old Slime one). Definitely convenient. It's just that I'd like to know which tire right away is low on air as opposed to having to check them all out. In my Malibu, I can see the air for all 4 tires in real time.

The dealership told me they should be getting the EX in the color I want in November so I'm holding out until then.

This is what my Malibu looks like for reference. My low tire pressure light came on today and it said it was the top left tire and even made the number for it flash. It tells me exactly which one it is and what the pressure is. Also, I probably should have used my air compressor after taking the pics. >_> Guess I'll go back out there lol.

Honda, unfortunately does not show individual tire pressure. Just a general indicator that one, or more, tires have low pressure. My 2016 Civic shows exactly what this CR-V shows
