39 y/o Weston Rowe from Omaha, Nebraska says he lives on a diet ENTIRELY of RAW MEAT and has been doing it for THREE YEARS after adding that health benefits of eating only raw meat is better for you despite the threat of mad cow disease!!

He has eaten raw beef, liver, chicken and BRAINS which is all sourced locally at a dairy and poultry farms

He said "I would say at this time i eat 99% farm fresh raw meat and have never once been sick or unwell from my idea. I do not eat processed foods anymore and honestly cannot really say i miss them either. I get all my meat and raw dairy products from local suppliers and friends who keep livestock and i grow my own fruit in my garden"

He spends $140 a week on his food and says he pays a fair amount to eat the best and most nutritious food in the world.

His favourite are raw chicken, beef and SHEEP BRAINS and say they taste much better raw than it cooked and fattening.

He is super into nutrition and fitness and realized his diet needed change when he got eczema, brain fog and drained energy which he blames on processed foods

But one of his particular controversial foods is eating raw chicken which has a high risk of SALMONELLA poisoning but he says his body is strong enough to fight off any bacteria and food poisoning comes partially from cooking the meat that causes the mutation in the bacteria that creates a toxic effect to the body and he's eaten hundreds of raw chicken already and never got sick

He has an instagram and youtube now called Real Natural Human diet which has thousands of fans who want to live his by his eating habits..

With modern meat inspection, most of the risk of bacterial infection from raw meat is a consequence of processing and storage, rather than anything inherent in the meat. If you're eating it fresh and making sure you're using clean tools, it's probably going to be fine (though the notion that heating bacteria mutates them into being dangerous is just nonsense).

That said, dude sounds more than a little crazy.
