I liked the developers' other games, but this one felt kinda repetitive. You just go in dungeons, fight monsters non-stop, fight the boss, and S Link with townspeople for a few days before repeating it all over again. The actual gameplay was good, but it definitely gets dry quick >_> At least the dialogue is fucking great. I had a lot of fun reading all of it. Plus NG+ is awesome since I got to steamroll everything and 90% of the dialogue was new.

Their older games are better but otherwise I did like it >_> Anyone else play this?

Oh is that new? I think I've played all the other games the dev made, including Cosmic Star Heroine, and they were all pretty fun

Definitely not lol. It came out in 2019. I didnt get to play it until recently though >_>

I loved Cthulhu Saves the World, but haven't gotten around to playing Cthulhu Saves Christmas or finishing Cosmic Star Heroine. I wish CStW and the first game (can't remember what its called) were on the Switch.

I mean, i guess it is a problem with most of their games too lol. It's just combat, combat, combat! then 10 minutes of town or story, then combat combat combat! At least in the 1st 2 games, you can just mash through the weaker encounters, but after those, every encounter is like a miniboss and takes forever >_>
