Trumble 10/08/21 4:18:18 PM #1:	I've been adding flavor drops to my water for months now (which is a benefit overall - as I'm now drinking far more water and far less other stuff). Anyway I just took a swig that it turns out I hadn't added the flavor to. Not directly, but I've always drunk more of things that aren't plain water. Not generally outright junk, but more like - it'd be more likely I'd be drinking fruit juice or milk, than water. And that's kinda stuck with me, though these flavor drops I've found recently (which are sugarfree) actually make water drinkable, which has yeah, made a HUGE difference to how much of it I drink. Before I'd have to constantly remind myself "no, drink some water instead", now it's by far the majority of what I drink. I'll still sometimes opt for milk (soy milk, these days), but anything else is generally only either if it's specifically for caffiene or alcohol content, or if I'm out of the house. But also, I don't mind the taste of plain water and drink it all the time. Doesn't even matter to me if it's cold or room temperature.
