Each one highlights how his girlfriend was extremely manipulative to him, and it's really hard to read. FOR SOME CONTEXT, since I know not all of you know SimpleFlips, and she put out a doc (which it seems she deleted along with her twitter since all her tweets are gone), his girlfriend broke up with him in 2019 I believe and they got back together in 2020. They broke up again a few months ago, and SHE posted on her twitter about how she was in the wrong for all these times she manipulated him back when they first broke up (did not know about everything afterwards). Obviously, since then, she decided to retract it and tried to cancel him (going as far as to contact every girl Simple ever talked to in hopes she'd find something to support her "power-dynamics" claim. He had 30k subs, and was not even streaming that much then as he was working at a company during that time).

Man, I've always supported Simple, but I won't lie, more context is needed now. Back in 2020, when they got back together, he released a series of tweets about their first breakup. He supposedly was "cheating" on looh, and learning that was a little bitter to read. Still, I felt happy and thought he was happy being back with looh, but little did I know all the behind-the-scenes that were going on. Again, this "cheating" was him simply have friends that were girls as looh did not approve of any of these friendships. She also used his fear of being canceled for something, and his high anxiety to manipulate him into not talking to any female, and constantly called him a traitor. Not to mention, she did not support the household at all.

When I read leah's original apology a few months ago; there was this feeling that them breaking up was good (it was hard to hear they broke up again since again, I thought it was a happy relationship), and Simple was finally cleared of his misdeeds. Now, I feel my stomach turning a little reading just how cruel she was behind-the-scenes, and how she tried to "cancel" SimpleFlips (even though her doc said she wasn't trying to cancel anybody). Simple was always a funny content creator to me, and very knowledgeable and skilled at the games he plays, with a great group of friends that were enjoyable to watch. I hope Simple can finally be at peace as he now is getting a restraining order against her and can move on, finally not feeling like he's a horrible person for having friends that are girls and not stressing about his ex's approval anymore.

Edit: Calling people a moocher is not something I like to do much, but I agree with those who say that she only lashed out when she realized she lost her meal ticket. He even let her stay on the team for the site he made that hosted romhacks, as he really did care about her and supported her goals. Very shameful to hear about her behavior.

I should also make a point that leah constantly misgendered one of the friends she forced Simple to no longer have because they looked feminine to her. Leah would refer to them as a "she" just because she was jealous they were talking to Simple. Very disgusting about that too.

Well, I got both forms, and the physical abuse was so bad, I never even really put much thought into the emotional abuse aspect.

He's a streamer/youtuber that primarily focuses on Super Mario 64 romhacks and Super Mario Maker 2 content. As stated, he even created a site dedicated to hosting the various SM64 romhacks along with tools to make it easier to use your legal copy of SM64 for romhacks.

He used to be a SM64 speedrunner, but his fame came from playing romhacks (speedrunning them), and making videos related to some impressive feats.

...but never believe anything you hear in relationship drama. It's always one story versus another. I hope they can just move apart and stop hurting each other.

Really hope he can move on, he's doing great on the weight loss journey.

See, I usually feel that way. I've seen it happen so many times... but I really trust Simple here. She already put out her version... and then deleted it and ran after people exposed her. She's been shown to manipulate him, something all his friends knew; she's been shown to misgender those she dislikes out of jealousy/pettiness; she even knows she did wrong. She literally apologized for all of this before suddenly revoking it and putting out a "this isn't a document for canceling people, but wait, it actually is!" We know from HER that he just wanted friends and she made him feel bad for it and then forced him to write messages apologizing to everyone for being a cheater for wanting friends.

The fact she's trying to literally contact every girl simple talked to is very scummy too. This isn't a case where we have to wait for her reply. She gave her reply, and was promptly shown how false it was.

His journey has been incredible, so I hope this doesn't make him fall behind from the pain it caused.
