For the rest of your life.

You may stack multiple towels/filters to attempt to keep liquids from seeping through if you're some sort of weird soup enthusiast.

No plates. No surface allowed for plating food other than those two items. You can still eat at tables, but if you're ever found eating off anything that isn't a paper towel or coffee filter then the money is fully revoked and interest is charged for the time you possessed it.

I'm a fan of oily food rather than wet food, so this should be easy.

Money

I would just not eat soups and stuff anymore. Practically 80%+ of what I eat I could be fine with paper towels. Especially tacos, burritos and all kinds of sandwiches .

This is foolish, if oil or sauce eats through the paper towel and your food makes contact with the plate you're out 10 million dollars and you owe interest.

This is smart. This is the correct type of loophole to be looking for.

That sounds incredibly inconvenient, but... 10 million is "never work again" money... I'll take it

The liquidity may reduce the surface tension of the paper towel, but making a paper towel wet doesn't remove it from being a surface. It still provides a barrier between the plate and the food.

Yes, but the liquidity does make it much easier for it to tear or rip at the slightest mistake, and the moment that the food makes direct contact with the plate you go from being wealthy to being in debt.
