UnfairRepresent 10/13/21 2:41:08 PM #1:	I got given a bunch of pringles, Maltesers and a big apple pie that I didn't know what to do with. So I thought I'd give it to my local food bank which is at a church And they turned it down because it's unhealthy and they only want healthy food. I get that in a vacuum but if these people are starving and broke, what's wrong with any in date foods? Even if some of it is unhealhy. I don't know what to do with this stuff now. Walking around offering it to homeless people seems weird and throwing it away seems wasteful. I volunteered there for almost a year, and we packed tons of boxes with chips, candy, etc --- I write Naruto Fanfiction. But at the same time I live in a very agricultural area and it surprised me they don't at least try to work a deal with local farms or orchards to have some produce once a month or something at least.
