Dude was stronger than 2 Super Sayians. We know he was on Earth because he gave energy to the Spirit Bomb to stop Kid Buu. (which considering he had infinite energy you think would be an exploit) Come to think of it, why did Krillin attack Superbuu and Android 18 get one shotted with the other fodder? Should be the other way round. 18 could eat Krillin for breakfast. Andrioid siblings got shafted in DBZ man.
