Continue living life the same way I have for the last 35 years or so.

Sinus problems have basically been my #1 health issue since I was a child. I pretty much blow my nose multiple times a day, every day, for decades.

IIRC it's part of something called the "nasal cycle". your body keeps swapping back and forth between having one nostril more open than the other, and then back the other way. so, it should improve after a while (not sure on the duration of the cycles).

Do this, it actually works wonders. You have to pull hard enough on your ear, and at the right angle, so that you feel the tension in the back of your throat. For me, I grab the lobe and pull it out from my head and down a little.
