You should learn by 30 that accomplishments are fleeting and vain. A life full of them if often ended as said person looks back and wonders where the time went and why they wasted it on foolish accolades.

Own your own home
Own two cars (one for emergencies and one for normal use)
In a steady, committed relationship with plans to marry (preferably have a child or two by now)

This should all be done by 28 tbh but 30 is very generous leeway (:
