I'm thinking she won't be able to beat him, after all in this chapter she said her strength buff isn't as strong as all might's and deku was throwing 100% ofa haymakers into shiggy's face the last time they fought and it barely seemed to phase him... They've already made contact, and her quirk didn't work because she needs to be hyper specific for it to work, and he's in a silly situation that made it fail. Contact lets him take her quirk. It could very well be over already
