That candy cane shaped body pillow with the bed wedge that keeps you inclined on your left side? It has a cleveland clinic study behind it so it seems pretty legit. Like actually on their site not some dubious commercial claim with 17 microscopic asterisks next to it.

Is it actually comfortable? Did you find it helped with your reflux symptoms?

Looks like it's almost 300 dollars for the set but I have enough sleep problems without reflux and can easily afford so I am considering it...
