BlueBoy675 10/20/21 9:30:10 AM #1:	Shes been at this job for 20 years. We are already short staffed (only 3 of us, now 2) and have all had to work some rough shifts. Well she apparently believed it was unfair she has to close 3 times, despite the fact that shes working the same schedule Ive been working for the past month or so. Things would only get worse and I probably don't blame her for leaving. My company only makes the new employees work the late and overnight shifts. Just leave and get it over with. They have an inexperienced tech in my place, and i was the only person who was creating and deploying our company wide Windows image, and dealt with some other crucial tasks on the east coast where I was the only It person for years. Not to mention the UK, Europe and India. I'm now at an amazing company that actually puts effort into keeping us from being overloaded with work. It's funny, my company is rated one of the best places to work, and the beenfits were amazing. It all came down to one manager's ego and political scheming. But I have 80K in the bank, make passive money and have medicare as a backup insurance due to a medical condition. I live in a cheap city now, on my new york salary, I don't even need a job at all. I don't know what they were thinking.
