I've had people take credit for stuff that I've done but I was never directly competing with them for promotion and the people in my office knew I was doing a good job so it didn't really matter :\ Esrac posted... Were you up for Chief? Yeah, probably my sixth time up now I think. Quotas were really good, too, like 30%. I doubt they will ever be that high again while I am in. I wouldn't have been too frustrated if I didn't learn that the Air Force selection boards actually give feedback to people so... they know what they need to work on or what they need to fix for the next board.
