Turns out they were trying to basically fill a bunch of fast food jobs. No wonder the turnout was crap. I can drive five minutes to work at any number of fast food restaurants, so why would I drive to an airport to get minimum wage. Why would anyone drive to an airport (DIA is a real pain in the ass to get to/park at, even if you live relatively close to it) to make minimum wage? --- So long, Thanks for all the fish! ... imagine going to the airport for a bunch of jobs that pay like shit, expect the world of you while dehumanizing you as much as possible and if you get sick, injured or have some other emergency they just cut you lose then and there and bring in another sucker

Didn't seem out of the way when I visited...Its not that bad in Summer and Fall, but Winter and Spring are another story. Especially if you have to drive down the interstate to get there. I went on 4/20 but took the bus out and got a ride back when I was close and it was probably an evening workday, so that's probably what it was.Catching a ride in and out isnt that bad, but the drive is what makes it suck oftentimes. Theres a service called Greenride thats like a bus down and back. Its only like $35 and you meet somewhere in your town and they bus you down.
