I'd estimate honestly it's probably closer to three-quarters of the time. Last week both my brother's AND my father's food was missing and I had to deal with customer support to get refunded for the items, that was the last fucking straw. Also my mom gets two Little Caesar's pizzas every Sunday and last week was the SECOND time within a couple months there was an entire pizza missing. Like I can understand missing an order of fries or something in an order of various items for 5 people but when all you're delivering is two pizzas how in the fuck do you miss an entire goddamn pizza?! I know she's going to continue being extremely worried about Covid until the day she dies but either she can start picking up dinner again or she can find something else for us to eat. And before you all start telling me to do it I haven't driven in 10+ years and would probably crash the van if I tried to drive it. Recently they got Doordash and all the food they ordered for her had cheese on it when they specifically ordered it without. Yeah, don't think I'll ever use those services.
