We last spoke in May she asked to meet up with me and then I hadnt heard from her since. The thing that made me think it wasnt her ghosting me it might be everyone that wasnt family was that she had been posting on IG, FB, and TikTok at least once a week and disappeared from those.

What I thought turned out to be true as in her first message it filled with comments of stuff like I missed you and so that was why you were gone. Glad I didnt jump to conclusions.

Yea. It was a weird situation. I didnt ask CE since this forum tends to favor the ghosting arguments. This forum would be like she doesn't like you move on.

I just felt there were clues something major happened. Like I said in OP she just stopped posting on all social media after being on it regularly. And other people were wondering what happened to her. Also before social media hiatus she posted a picture of herself in a cast and said she was glad she got out of abusive relationship. I was kinda conflicted maybe that was the issue. But she still wanted to meet up with me. So something else post break up must have happened. And judging from her new pics looks like they were two separate injuries.

Honestly, this is why I don't like the whole ghosting thing in dating, friendships, etc.. Like, I don't know. I'd feel bad if someone completely blocked me and I had no way of knowing if something was wrong.

Like, I'm not saying people should feel like their owed others time and effort...but like it's kinda cruel at times

Yea. At the height of COVID last year. Majority of my contacts just stop texting and stop posting on social media. Im at a point I have to assume maybe they either got COVID and died or maybe they couldnt pay rent/bills and are homeless now.

There is always the ghosting argument that maybe they just didnt want to be friends but then in those situations they'd still post on social media if they were for example making FB/IG posts weekly.
