 Spicy tomato and cider chorizo, fried pdron peppers with a salt and chili yoghurt, butter seared scallops with salmon roe and a cauliflower pur. Also had a beer. Total cost: About $30. Sadly the scallops were cold on arrival (cost about $6), but they were cooked well. Chorizo was the best. Overall I could make this better myself. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

The padron peppers are like green bell peppers with less "meat", and they withstand more heat than other peppers. I usually cut them up and throw them in a chili and they still keep the crispyness after cooking it for a long time. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
